Hamstring Muscles
The hamstring muscle group is found on the back of the thigh and consists of 3 muscles:. They are describes as two-joint muscles as when they contract they can cause movement at both the hip and knee - this makes them particularly vulnerable to injury.

Muscle damage can range from minor to severe, and any injury to muscle will cause pain and inflammation, possibly limiting future function if correct rehabilitation isn't carried out.

Heel pain, or as its officially known, Chronic Plantar Heel Pain is usually a change in the nature of the tissue within the sole of your foot.  The most common cause of Chronic Plantar Heel Pain is Plantar Faciitis.

Attached to your heel bone is the plantar fascia, this structure acts as a strong guide wire between the heel and big toe as you move through your foot when walking and running.
